Snoop D-O-double-G at the MCG: AFL Grand Final Entertainment Set to Go Off

The AFL has just dropped a game-changing announcement: global music icon Snoop Dogg will headline the Telstra Pre-Game Entertainment at the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final at the MCG.

A three-decade hip-hop legend, Snoop Dogg brings undeniable swagger to the footy’s biggest day—spinning timeless hits like “Gin & Juice,” “Drop It Like It’s Hot,” and “Beautiful, Young & Free”. AFL CEO Andrew Dillon says the pre-game stage just got “a whole lot bigger,” while Snoop himself is hyped to “bring the energy” to what promises to be one of his most unforgettable performances.

This marks Snoop’s first live show at the MCG and the AFL’s boldest entertainment move yet—following the likes of international stars such as Katy Perry, Robbie Williams, and KISS.
