Spit Syndicate Release Smooth New Single “Know Better”

Sydney hip-hop duo Spit Syndicate are back with their new single Know Better, and to coincide with the release have announced a national tour.

The newly released track is the first look into their fourth album, which Nick Lupi and Jimmy Nice have declared their “biggest and boldest” project to date. The boys have been working with acclaimed producer Styalz Fuego, who’s previous work include 360’s Boys Like You, and the soundtrack to Chris Lilley’s hit TV show ‘Angry Boys’.

With three albums under their belt as well as an ARIA nomination and countless sold-out shows, the hip-hop duo have cemented their position among the best contemporary acts in Australia.

Their latest single Know Better showcases the duo’s progression from their earlier raw releases, to smooth production that highlights Fuego’s electronic and pop orientated creative influences. The track sees Spit Syndicate move from the classic lyric heavy delivery to a more melodious take on Aussie hip-hop.

Since their last album ‘Sunday Gentlemen’ the duo have been keeping busy, teaming up with high school friends Horrorshow, Joyride, and Jackie Onassis in establishing the One Day project, a collaborative hip-hop venture.
