Sweat It Out Announces First-Ever Amsterdam Writing Camp Featuring Top Australian and International Artists
Renowned Australian dance label Sweat It Out has announced the launch of its first-ever Amsterdam Writing Camp, set to take place from October 20–22, 2025 during Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE). Curated by KLP (Kristy Lee Peters), head of Publishing and A&R at Sweat It Out, the three-day camp will spotlight Australian talent while fostering global creative exchange in one of the world’s leading hubs for electronic music.
Over 47 artists will collaborate across eight studios, including some of Australia’s most exciting names: Crooked Colours, Juno Mamba, Soul Wun, ASTA and Sippy. They’ll be joined by international heavyweights such as Chaney, Deeper Purpose, TCTS, Stevie Appleton, VNSSA and Quarterhead, among many more.

“We’re creating a space that connects Australian creators with the global music community in a meaningful, high-level way,” says KLP. “It’s more than a writing camp, it’s a platform for future-shaping collaborations and real industry access.”
Also joining the initiative is competition winner Airwolf Paradise, whose impressive career already includes releases on Higher Ground, Trick, Diynamic and Three Six Zero Recordings, remixes for Calvin Harris and Dom Dolla, and performances at Lollapalooza, Hi Ibiza and London’s Drumsheds.
The camp is backed by a strong lineup of partners, including Kobalt Music Group, Payday, Gallery Recordings, Plugin Boutique and Telepathic Instruments — the company founded by Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker. Artists will gain exclusive access to Parker’s innovative Orchid synthesizer, a chord-generating instrument that sold out in minutes upon release.
Known for shaping the careers of RÜFÜS DU SOL, Dom Dolla, What So Not and Purple Disco Machine, Sweat It Out continues to push boundaries through writing camps and industry initiatives. Following the success of their Spotify-backed EQUAL Writing Camp, the Amsterdam Writing Camp 2025 marks the label’s most ambitious international project to date.
The three-day event will conclude with an industry mixer, celebrating the artists, collaborations and creativity sparked in the studios, reinforcing Sweat It Out’s role as a driving force in global dance music.
