Take 5 With Superlove
Bristol-based noise-pop band Superlove have announced a brand-new EP ‘…but for the moment’which is out the 18th of June via Rude Records. Recently, the band have released a new single ‘btw! i adore you’. To get to know the band a little more we threw them the aux cord to find out who they’re digging at the moment.
‘Nurture’ – Porter Robinson
This album came out at the end of April and it has been on non-stop repeat ever since. The production is absolutely incredible and the way the album flows as a whole provides almost flawless listening.
‘Kiss Me More’ – Doja Cat, SZA
Most definitely the best pop song in the world at the moment. Amazing vocal hooks throughout and everything these artists do is always so great. Really excited to hear more new music from SZA too soon.
‘How I’m Feeling Now’ – Charli XCX
Love this album because she made the whole thing from her home in lockdown and has some of the most interesting production whilst pushing the limits of pop music.
‘Meshuggah’ – The Violent Sleep of Reason
The album was all recorded in one take and that just shows why this band are the best at what they do in the world. Incredible musicianship as always. Everything this band have done will always influence our music in some way.
‘May the Beauty Burn’ – Angel Number
Our good friends brand new project Angel Number. They just put out a double single that gives off amazing ethereal sounds and great shoe-gaze vibes. Definitely a band to look out for moving forward.
Superlove’s new single, btw! i adore you is available now, everywhere.
