Taylor B-W Shares Some BTS Footage Of Her Latest Video, ‘In Ur Net’
Sydney’s Taylor B-W recently unveiled her new single, In Ur Net. It follows on from her 2021 releases, Nunchucks and I’m So Broke. She also just dropped the accompanying video for the new bop, working with filmographer Desmond Hoo. Today we have some exclusive behind the scenes footage from the making of the video to share with you all.
In Ur Net has all the elements of a modern day RnB tune, smooth flowing beats topped with a catchy sing along vocal delivery. The accompanying video carries this audible vibe into a perfect visual aspect. Nostalgic styled imagery with narrative approach.
“I came into Quinn’s studio knowing exactly how I imagined ‘In Ur Net’ to sound. Reggaeton is such a global trend in Pop music, currently, and I really wanted to hop onto the train and give this style a go myself. So the backbone of In Ur Net is Pop, but Reggaeton and Dance are the muscles holding up the spine. Besides a lot of Reggaeton, I listened to a playlist with Daya’s ‘First Time’, Mabel’s ‘Don’t Call Me Up’, Tove Lo’s ‘Bikini Porn’ and Dua Lipa’s ‘New Rules’ on repeat before entering the studio, as all those songs meld Reggaeton with dance and pop so seamlessly.”
“I like how this song has an element of commercial pop but is also something that you could imagine listening to in the indie-scape – that is what’s so good about this style of music, it is very versatile, and popular with all walks of life.” – Taylor B-W
In Ur Net is a total vibe from start to finish and puts Taylor B-W on the top of her game. Check out the video and the BTS exclusive below.
