The Foundry Are Having A Wicked First Birthday Bash

One of Brisbane’s favourite new venues The Foundry is turning one this August, and they’re throwing a massive party to celebrate! The good news? Everyone’s invited!

Over its past twelve months since opening, The Foundry has played host to countless great shows, featuring acts such as Last Dinosaurs, The Belligerents, and Montaigne, just to name a few! The venue also hosted bands during The Blurst Of Times and The Mountain Goal Valley Crawl.

The birthday celebrations are looking to be of epic proportions, with everyone’s fave Velociraptor set to headline the night. Chilltronica will be provided courtesy of Golden Vessel, with The Jensens, Astro Travellers, and Straight Arrows also making an appearance. Kicking the night off will be fun punkers Whalehouse.

The night of amazingness will be held on Thursday, August 18. Mark it in your diaries now to make sure you’re there to bop along and sing the first of what is hopefully many happy birthdays to this great venue!
