The Hills Are Alive…With The Sound Of A Lineup!

While the days of the Von Trapp clan keeping the Austrian hills alive with the sound of music are done and dusted, here in Oz, The Hills Are Alive Festival will be keeping punters giggling and boho-ing their way through a star-studded weekend of music and comedy.

The festival’s first wave of artists and comedians has landed with Remi, Northeast Party House, and Dope Lemon headlining the live music element of the festival, while funny men Dave O’Neil and Karl Chandler make up the first half of the comedy lineup.

The three-day festival is back for its ninth instalment and is expected to be the best yet. With a dedicated comedy stage and very enticing BYO rule, The Hills Are Alive Festival will feature everything from field games, late night DJ’s, art installations, and morning yoga for campers who are heroic enough to battle an almighty hangover and welcome ol’ mate sun with a stretch.

Tickets for The Hills Are Alive 2017 go on-sale this Thursday 1st December (tomorrow!), and include camping in their price, so unlike Falls Festival you won’t have to fork out the entire contents of your piggy bank.
