The Jensens Paying Homage To Elvis

After what seems like forever since we’ve heard from them, The Jensens have released their latest single Elvis Is Dead, a hand-clapping vintage rock tribute we can’t stop dancing to!

Whilst making a name for themselves by jumping on Last Dinosaurs’ national tour last year, as well as supporting UK indie gods The Vaccines, the Brisbane 5-piece are ready to unleash a handful of fresh tunes to twist to.

The energetic and highly danceable track begins with an infectious rhythm that will have you Paul McCartney-style headbanging. From there you’ll find yourself uncontrollably Boo-uping and Shoo-uping, yet most likely not attempting Joe Whites’ lead vocal screams.

Despite the track’s title the spritely and light hearted tune follows progressively from previous triple j aired singles Fears and Shark Thunder, with a faster tempo and catchy lines.

The ‘Everybody Talks’ EP will be available on the Friday 11th March, don’t forget to jot that down in your diary!
