Nothing Can Hold The Rubens Back

After topping triple j’s 2015 Hottest 100 with their rock anthem Hoops, The Rubens have finally announced an Australia tour.

The ‘Hold Me Back’ tour, named after their new single, will see the blues-rock outfit supported by Mansionair and Slum Sociable for shows in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.

The boys from the outskirts of Sydney were first discovered on triple j Unearthed, taking out the station’s Artist of The Year in 2012. Since then The Rubens have captivated Australian audiences with their upbeat melodies and unique brand of Aussie rock. Their 2012 self-titled debut album went platinum and earned them ‘Rock Work of The Year” at the 2013 ARIAs.
