Tinie Tempah Announces 2017 Australian Tour

Tinie Tempah has just announced his long-awaited return to Australia! The British rapper will perform in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne throughout March 2017 in support of his upcoming third studio album ‘Youth’.

Tinie Tempah returned to the charts earlier this year with his hit single Girls Like ft. Zara Larsson, which peaked at #5 on the UK charts. Tinie Tempah was last in Australia for Future Music Festival 2014 (R.I.P), so Aussie fans should be ecstatic to see the rap artist return!

Tinie Tempah’s new album is scheduled for release January 27, while tickets for his Australian are available from 30 November – get in quick!

Borneo Strike Up Summer Australiana Tour

Sydney 5-piece punk rock group Borneo have just announced a string of tour dates spanning across summer to celebrate the success of their breakout single Eating Animals!

The band’s laid back coastal vibes include funky elements of indie rock and punk, while the group’s vocals and harmonies are truly on point!

Faux Mo 2017 Lineup Announced

Hobart’s Museum of Old and New Art’s summer festival has just announced the lineup for its famous party Faux Mo! Once again occupying the same empty office building in Hobart, the afterparties will conclude each day of festivities which span from Friday 20 – Sun 22 January.

Faux Mo will showcase a wide range of local and international visual and performing artists in a unique after dark museum-turned-club setting.

NVL Records Announce Three End of Year Parties

Nina Las Vegas’ record label NVL Records has announced it will be throwing three end of year parties to celebrate the label’s first birthday!

The Australian DJ princess started her own recording label in 2015 and has since accumulated a stellar roster, working with Australian dance music artists like Air Max ’97, Lewis Cancut, Strict Face, Swick, and international artists UNiiQU3 and Hi Tom.

The end of year parties will showcase NVL Record’s Australian acts, as well as a closing set from none other than Nina herself. Nina is known for her epic live performances so get your dance moves ready and get your mitts on a ticket fast!

Soundscape Festival Announce Dope AF Lineup

Sydney’s most intimate music festival has just dropped its full lineup! Set for 17 December, Soundscape Music Festival will showcase some of Australia’s most talented artists across a range of genres.

Headlining artists for the 2016 Festival include pop-rock band The Lulu Raes, Byron Bay’s chillwave group Tora, and Brisbane psych-rockers Moses Gunn Collective!

Other artists set to perform at Soundscape are Human Movement, JÜAN DU SOUL, The Ruminaters, and Winston Surfshirt. Also showcasing some of Sydney’s finest DJs, Robbie Lowe, THIS DJs, Adi Toohey, Comfort Club, and Strange Associates are gearing up for some pretty hectic sets!

 ‘Raggamuffin Allstars’ Australian Tour Announced

If all this tour news wasn’t enough to excite you, the Raggamuffin Allstars have just announced their plans to perform in Australia in February 2017. The star-studded shows will be headlined by none other than Jamaican reggae legend Shaggy, along with Bob Marley’s legendary band The Wailers!

Also joining the lineup are reggae band Morgan Heritage, while New Zealand dub-soul group Six60 and reggae band House Of Shem will be providing their raw and soulful tunes!

Bernard Fanning + Kasey Chambers Team Up For 2017 Tour

Legendary Australian artists Beranrd Fanning and Kasey Chambers have announced they will be joining forces to co-headline a national tour early next year! The 10-date ‘Sooner Or Later’ tour will showcase the two artists’ best work and will take the pair on a journey through a string of regional venues.

“We have been having such a ball playing on each other’s records and guesting at each others shows over the last ten years that we finally decided to take it on the road!” said Fanning.

“Bernard and I have collaborated musically on and off over the past ten years and after being asked the question about a double tour for a long time I’m so happy to say it’s finally here!” said Chambers,

Having worked closely with one another throughout their careers, their differing rock and country backgrounds work perfectly in unison, and this is definitely a must see concert for all Aussie music fans!

Hans Zimmer Set To Perform in Australia For the First Time

For the very first time, multi-award winning composer and musician Hans Zimmer has announced he’ll be performing a string of shows across Australia in May 2017!

Zimmer’s concerts will showcase both his classic scores and re-imagined versions of other scores. “I am very excited to get some of my very talented friends together and give our audiences an experience unlike any concert they have ever been to before,” Zimmer said.

If you haven’y heard of Hans Zimmer you’ve probably heard his music! Having scored over 120 films including Gladiator, The Lion King, Pirates Of The Caribbean, The Dark Knight Trilogy, 12 Years A Slave, and The Da Vinci Code, Zimmer’s music is known worldwide!
