The Weekly Slap #18

Welcome to the AAA Backstage Weekly Slap, where we give you the latest new music we think absolutely slaps! Each week we scour through our emails and bring to you the top hits from our inbox. So sit back, whack on your headphones, turn the dial to eleven and let us do the selecting.

The new tunes just keep popping into our inbox. This week as per usual we’re inundated with some really great music and we did our very best to squeeze it all in.

First up we have some indie dance vibes from Holow and their club track Something To Say. It’s a smooth jam that will keep you moving.

One of our favourites here at AAA, Poolclvb has teamed up with Marshes to re-create the classic Shooting Stars. It’s a lovely ray of light!

Get warm and dreamy with Vaarwell with their latest offering New Woman. It’s slower but hauntingly beautiful.

NIHILS has some fun alt pop beats to offer on their new track Lost In LA. It’s a super smooth jam!

Indie rockers The Slow Painters return to the slap with their latest What I Miss The Most. It’s a real indie lovers delight.

Let’s hit the dance floor with junk-E-cat and his new indie-dance anthem Music Talks To Me. It has some really deep cuts that you’ll be right into if deeper dance is your thing.

Sydney artist Polymono gives you some pick up vibes on his new tune Settle Down. It has a real classic Australian vibe to it. Very likeable.

Magdalena Bay cop a sweet remix from Gus Kero Kero Bonito for their track Story. It has a real big sunset vibe. Instant jam!

Øzwald continue with that sunset vibe on their track After The Glowin. You can’t help but smile when listening to this track.

Sneaky Little Devil take you on a really cool synthwave-esque journey on their new track Sweet Afterglow. If dreamy psych is your thing, you’ll wanna add this one to your playlist.

LUXXURY bring some real big funky dance vibes on their new track Set Me Free. That bass-line is fucking infectious!!

Dog Unit bring on the cool indie/post punk feels with their latest Lab Coats. This one has a real cool feel to it. Ideal for playback during study or work!

Last Lynx have nailed it with this new tune Uni Alone. It screams power over a nice groove.

Quiet Blue slows things down a touch with his soft pop gem Lost It All. It has a real night light feel to it. Sweet percussion over a dreamy vocal delivery.

Middle Child give off the real study vibe with this absolute winner, PCH. The synths in this will have you off in a trance of joy.

Lewis Del Mar gets you off into your weekend with this rolling sing-a-long jam, The Ceiling. It’s rolling, it’s groovy, it has power. If you’re into early Bloc Party this one is for you.

All these tracks and more are added to our Weekly Catch Spotify and Apple Music playlists. So if you want an easy option where you just push and play and shuffle away, we’ve got you!
