Conscious Kid – Eat This

Central Coast’s Conscious Kid’s latest offering, Eat This is one of those tracks that slaps you in the face from the moment you press play. Although it has harsh elements to it, the vocal delivery gives a calming vibe. Thudding beats, soaring synths and big bass work give this one it’s catchy vibes. It’s a perfect addition to your upbeat playlists. This one is certainly an office favourite this week.

Violet – House On Fire

Geelong locals Violet’s new single, House On Fire exudes an energetic, victorious vibe that mirrors the experiences of a teenager navigating the Australian music scene. The track’s unique sound is defined by its powerful layers of distorted guitar, driving bass, and thunderous drums. A track that certainly carries a nostalgic vibe and takes me back to the skate park as a teenager. Loves it!

KAINED – 2CB

Love a bit of indie punk that’s packed with attitude? UK 5 piece punk outfit, KAINED are going to be right up your alley. Their latest single, 2CB is jam packed with energy, huge riffs, a fuck you vocal delivery and a whole lot of fun. This on is for fans who prefer a bit of grit in their music.

Zelma Stone – Be Free

Things calm back down a little with Zelma Stone’s hauntingly beautiful offering, Be Free. A gentle toned track that whisps along like the wind on a beachside town. It’s gentle vibe is best put as pure art really. Impossible to dislike and easy to love, Be Free is an ode to Zelma’s close pals that have passed onto the other side. A perfect track for your more gentle playlists.

Addi P – Intuition

Carrying on with some more gentle tones we enter the world of Addi P and her latest single, Intuition. Filled with toe tapping moments and some serious groove, Addi P has one hell of a voice, this one is of the highest level of songwriting, slow but powerful, this one again is perfect addition to your gentle or even ‘romance’ playlists. Cannot get enough of this one.

Bluebelle – Trip The Light

As a huge fan of classic disco, it was super hard to pass this one by, filled with absolute groove and catchy bass hooks, Bluebelle’s latest dancefloor treat oozes with class from start to finish. This one is a 10/10 from its production to its radio friendly vocal delivery. A great track for your upbeat playlists.

The Good Neighbours – Moonlight Shoreside

When this one first landed on my desk I was instantly hooked. Carrying a classic indie dance vibe, The Good Neighbours have nailed the sound on this track. Short but sweet, it’s beachside dance hooks will have you addicted just like I have been the last couple of days. It’s an ideal track to close your day and head into the night.

Camens – Sleep Patterns Repeating

We close out this week with some classic indie vibes, our favourite! Camens latest offering, Sleep Patterns Repeating is a true classic in the making. It’s epic, it’s powerful and it’s one of those tracks you play over and over. Huge guitar work, thudding drums and a massive vocal delivery will have you hooked.
