Keeping the spirits sky high is UK indie pop artist, Michael Gallagher and his recent offering, Out of Time. Flowing melodies, toe tapping groove and some great sing along vibes really make this one pop off. Another beauty for your uplifting playlists. This one has been a hot office favourite all week.
Casual Drag – Can You Hear Me Now?
If you’re an Idles fan, then oh boy have we got a treat for you. Casual Drag and their recent single, Can You Hear Me Now? Is sure going to put a big smile on your dial. Gritty punk vibes with thought provoking lyrics make this track absolutely punch hard. This one is best served super loud, like all the way to eleven!
Wothitpurchase – Heaven On Earth
Californian outfit, Worhitpurchase’s most recent single is one of those tracks that’s instantly captivating. There’s something about this track that just hooks you in, from its experimentation of subtle sounds and samples, it’s a little masterpiece that deserves your attention. It’s catchy and is a perfect fit for any playlist.
Graffick- Black Light
This one was a hard to one to avoid this week. As soon as I heard it, I was instantly taken back. Breathtaking synth work and flowing beats take you on a journey into the unknown here. It gave me some flashbacks to the early days of Bicep or Bonobo. An absolute gem of a track, this one has been on high rotation and is sure to remain that way for a long time to come.
Tim Sun – Day Break
Keeping on that sundrenched electronic vibe comes Tim Sun’s latest track, Day Break. It’s earthy tones and captivating broken beats give it a interesting snap. This track is perfect for those chilled out, reading time or study playlists. It’s gentle but equally commanding. Love this one! Keen to hear more from Tim in the future.
Dream Pony – Watching The Dogs
Dream Pony’s recent track, Watching The Dogs is your perfect dose of classic rock. Catchy hooks, relatable lyrics and it’s big sing along moments make this one shine bright. This one is perfect for them road trip playlists where everyone gets into the groove and shouts out loud.
Bree Rusev – Finish Line
We close out this week with the breathtaking voice of Bree Rusev on her brand new single, Finish Line. Sure to curdle your heartstrings, Finish Line is an emotional number that showcases the enormous talent Rusev has up her sleeve. A perfect track to wind down with, it’s a great addition to your slower playlists. Very excited to see what comes next from this extraordinary young talent.
