Thelma Plum Releases Long-Awaited Album ‘I’m Sorry, Now Say It Back’ and Announces Nationwide Tour

Iconic Gamilaraay singer-songwriter Thelma Plum has officially released her highly anticipated sophomore album, I’m Sorry, Now Say It Back, marking a major moment in her career. The new record, out today, showcases Thelma’s growth as an artist and storyteller, weaving together tales of heartbreak, love, and personal reflection. The album features nine brand-new tracks alongside her previously released singles Freckles and Nobody’s Baby, offering fans a deeply emotional and introspective listening experience.

Written and recorded across several locations, including Brisbane, Byron Bay, London, Sydney, and Melbourne, I’m Sorry, Now Say It Back reflects five years of writing and recording. Thelma describes the album as a personal collection of experiences, almost like “pages from her diary,” infused with the signature warmth and authenticity that have made her a beloved figure in the Australian music scene.

“This record has been a long time in the making. It was created with love, heartache, forgiveness and care in mind. It’s personal and kind of like I’m sharing pages from my diary with you, but it’s time for it to fly free” – Thelma Plum.

To celebrate the release, Thelma Plum will host an album launch party on Sunday, October 20th, at Sydney’s Crowbar. Following this, she embarks on a nationwide tour, kicking off in Newcastle on October 24th and hitting stages in cities including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Brisbane.

I’m Sorry, Now Say it Back sees Thelma at her very best, it’s available now, everywhere.
