Could Slayer’s New Music Video BE Any More Violent?

Slayer Press Shot
American thrash metal veterans Slayer have released a Taratino-esque music video for their latest single You Against You. The music video has been produced as a prequel to their last single Repentless, released late last year.

The video starts of with an eye patched rebel inmate, called Wyatt, checking out the carnage of a male corpse with multiple knifes stuck in his body. Suddenly a pistol appears facing the rebel which leads to a violent fight breaking out, which is later revealed as the reason of Wyatt’s arrest and imprisonment.

You Against You is a typical sounding Slayer track with high tempo heavy drumming, fast chugging palm-muted guitars, long tasty shredded solos, and vicious vocals. Slayer prove age is definitely no barrier to creating immortal (and most importantly mosh-able) metal tracks.

Slayer’s eleventh studio album ‘Repentless’ is out now!
