Triple J Have Announced One Night Stand Location!

Triple j have finally announced the location for this year’s One Night Stand. The coastal Western Australia town of Geraldton are the lucky hosts for 2016.

An awesome lineup is set to shake the town over the second weekend of April for annual event (not including the 2015 break). Triple j favourites Boy & Bear, Alison Wonderland, and Urthboy are headlining the event.

Joining the headline acts will be guest appearances from a range of Aussie artists for some sure to be awesome on-stage collabs.

Tagging along with Urthboy will be Bertie Blackman, Sampa The Great, and Kira Puru, while Boy & Bear will be joined on stage by Powderfinger frontman Bernard Fanning.

Alison Wonderland will be bringing along Benjamin Woolner from SAFIA, Patience Hodgson from The Grates, BRAVE and Jess Kent, and there’s still a local Unearthed band to be announced!

The whole event will be broadcast live on triple j so if you can’t make the trip to WA there’s no need to fret.
