Hey all you cool kids, guess what! Your favourite knock-kneed pop powerhouse Troye Sivan is touring in August! After a stack of dates across the US and Canada, the YouTube star/boy wonder is returning to home soil to tour his critically acclaimed debut album ‘Blue Neighbourhood’.
Like a male Lorde, Sivan has captivated audiences with his dreamy pop tracks lavished with images of teenage wonder. Forget awkward growth spurts, greasy hair, and poor eye contact, Sivan will make you kind of wish you were a teen again.
The album’s lead single Youth is a glittery pop ballad with an armada of synths and a sing-along chorus. The music video is a very fitting tribute to the subject matter, with characters styled with edgy haircuts, facial piercings, varsity jackets, and an 80s inspired pastel colour scheme.
