Vince Neil In Trouble For “Cage” Fighting
Whether it’s car crashes or fist fights, Vince Neil is never out of the news headlines for long, but his latest incident is certainly one of his more interesting. The legendary Mötley Crüe frontman received misdemeanour battery charges after allegedly assaulting a female fan and causing a ruckus with Hollywood big-shot Nicholas Cage outside ARIA Resort in Las Vegas (the last place you’d suspect anything strange or surprising to happen, right?).
Given his reputation for partying hard, it’s hardly surprising that Neil appeared inebriated when he allegedly attacked a woman who approached Cage for an autograph. Despite some far-fetched claims that Neil will spend time in prison, the rock ‘n’ roll veteran is sure to recover. After all, he’s been in worse predicaments before, including his drunken car crash in 1984 that killed Hanoi Rocks’ drummer Razzle.
Mötley Crüe broke up at the end of 2015 after a huge world tour and an incredible 34 year career. The band conquered first Los Angeles’ Sunset Strip and then the world to earn their status as one of hard rock and heavy metal’s greatest outfits. Since the band disbanded, Neil has been focusing on his solo band, playing plenty of shows to keep his post-Crüe momentum on a roll.
Neil is due to appear in court on Wednesday 27th of July. While you’re waiting for the final verdict on the assault, check out footage of the remarkable rumble below!
