Violent Soho Takes The Piss With Viceroy Music Video

soho ukelele

Mansfield rock royalty Violent Soho have released their music video for latest single Viceroy and in typical Soho fashion it’s a half-assed shot at stereotypes of the industry. It’s pretty hilarious!

The camera pans around a trashed green screen set as the boys gear up to play through Viceroy. Lead guitarist James Tidswell plays the lead on a ukulele like Vance Joy never could. Michael smashes drums with a pair of wooden spoons as Tidswell reappears, his hair flowing in the breeze of a fan.

The filmclip gives a nice visual for the in your face vocals and face melting guitar tones that make Viceroy such an incredible song, and seeing bassist Luke Henery rock out to the crazy catchy bass rift is ice on this brutal cake.

Hopefully we’ll see the boys at this year’s Splendour In The Grass?

Violent Soho’s upcoming album ‘Waco’ is out March 18.
