Voodoo Bandits Bring The Absolute Vibe With, ‘Backyard Wrestling’

It’s not everyday I’m serviced tunes from Isle Of Man. But this week I came across a band that will almost stop you in your tracks. That band is Voodoo Bandits and their super fun, vibe lifting single, Backyard Wrestling.

Backyard Wrestling is a quick, fast paced fuzzy track that will put a smile on your dial no matter what your mood is. The opening riff will capture your attention immediately and have you tapping your toes in no time. Lyrically the 3 minute burner touches on the struggles of pursuing your dreams and ambitions.

Voodoo Bandits jumped onto the scene in 2019 with the release of their debut single Sink Below. They quickly made some ground particularly in the UK. 2020 saw them release a few more releases in Empty Swimming Pool and Yesterday’s Jam which was received with rave reviews by some of the industries international tastemakers.

We hear there are some big moves planned for Voodoo Bandits with more music to b released and some headline shows and festivals. If the whole covid thing settles down sometime soon we hope to see these guys hit Australian shores as they will fit right in with the surf rock scene here.
