Wet Leg Unleash Highly Anticipated Second Album moisturizer With Exclusive Melbourne Pop-Up Event

Grammy Award-winning British indie sensations Wet Leg have returned in full force with their hotly anticipated sophomore album, moisturizer. The follow-up to their breakout self-titled debut, moisturizer is a wildly fun and chaotic collection of manic love songs, tongue-in-cheek kiss-offs, and unexpected sonic twists. With its mix of punchy riffs, melodic pop sensibilities, and surreal lyricism, the album captures the live energy Wet Leg has built over years of non-stop touring.

To celebrate the release, Wet Leg fans in Melbourne are being treated to an exclusive moisturizer valley central pop-up activation at CY Space, Collingwood Yards, running Friday, July 11 from 9 am to 8 pm. The immersive fan hub offers exclusive vinyl variants, limited-edition merch including t-shirts, hoodies, and stickers, plus a chance to recreate the band’s iconic press photo in a themed photo booth.

The celebration doesn’t stop there. Local Collingwood businesses are getting involved with moisturizer-themed specials: Dua Bakehouse will serve moisture-icing cream buns and pink soda matcha; Runner Up Rooftop Bar has crafted a bespoke moisturizer sour cocktail; Stefanino Panino is offering a “moisturizer mortadella speciale” panini; and Happy Valley is the only Australian store stocking the album’s exclusive green vinyl. Fans can navigate all these offerings with a custom moisturizer valley map.

Earlier this week, Wet Leg’s NPR Tiny Desk Concert went live, featuring all-new material and recent singles ‘davina mccall’ and ‘CPR.’ The band also played a triumphant set at Glastonbury last month, now streaming via BBC on YouTube.

moisturizer is available worldwide now. Melbourne fans can head to Collingwood Yards today for a full dose of Wet Leg’s weird, wonderful world.
