“I was looking for a producer to work with and got put in a room with this guy called OSWRLD. We met at his studio in Coogee for the first time, shared a spliff and got straight into it. While I was setting up my stuff, he started putting a beat together… he was messing about with the drums and sample so I was looking for something in my head to sing. I looked up and there was a big wooden sign that said ICE CREAM, so I started singing ‘Let me lick on that ice cream’.. then we flipped the music to make an opposing verse that would take you to another place.
