Winston Surfshirt Returns With Self-Titled Fourth Album ‘WINSTON’
Beloved Sydney-based artist Winston Surfshirt has unveiled his fourth studio album, WINSTON. The self-titled release marks a bold new chapter in the artist’s sonic evolution while staying grounded in the smooth, genre-blending sound that made him a household name in Australia’s R&B and indie scene.
Produced alongside OSWRLD, WINSTON is a vibrant 11-track journey through R&B, disco-house, and hip hop influences, soaked in the nostalgia of the late 90s and early 2000s. From the laid-back groove of lead single “BOOTS” to the summery swagger of “Ice Cream” and heartfelt rhythms of “Spend My Nights”, the album showcases Winston Surfshirt at his most refined and personal.

“{It} feels like the music I was always supposed to make, still so me at its core but also so different and new that it almost felt like a debut album so we self titled it as WINSTON.”
WINSTON follows 2022’s Panna Cotta and recent standout live moments including a pop-up boat show at Camp Cove and a Vivid Sydney performance. With over 250 million streams and collaborations with Benny Sings, Cosmo’s Midnight, and Talib Kweli, Winston Surfshirt continues to cement his legacy as one of Australia’s most soulful and genre-fluid artists.
