Australia’s favourite indie-country innovator Y.O.G.A. (Reuben Styles of Peking Duk) has teamed up with rising country star Sara Berki for their powerful new single, Forever Hold Your Gun. Blending Y.O.G.A.’s signature “cow tech” production with Berki’s evocative storytelling, the track delivers a modern take on classic Western themes.

Styles first discovered Berki’s voice during a coastal road trip, instantly captivated by her hit Tear You Apart. A quick DM led to a studio session where the duo’s creative chemistry sparked immediately.

“I first heard Sara’s voice on a road trip down the coast. Tear You Apart came on and I Shazamed it immediately. The songwriting, the voice, the vibe and the instantaneous escape that song created for me was so compelling… I knew straight away we had to make a song together. I slid STRAIGHT into the DMs and when we finally got together it was a sick session. The majority of the song was written in a matter of 3-4 hours. The musical chemistry was just spot on that day!
