Yours and Owls Festival 2025: Wollongong’s Iconic Event Returns with Fontaines D.C., Denzel Curry, and The Kooks
Wollongong’s much-loved Yours and Owls Festival is back for its highly anticipated 2025 edition, celebrating a decade of music magic in the coastal city. Set to take place on March 1st and 2nd, 2025, the festival promises a stellar lineup, with performances spread across four stages.
Leading the charge is Irish post-punk sensation Fontaines D.C., known for their sharp lyrics and cultural commentary. They’ll be joined by Floridian rapper Denzel Curry, whose unique blend of hip-hop, punk, and experimental sounds has cemented him as one of the most versatile names in modern rap. Indie-rock favourites The Kooks are also on board, continuing their legacy of festival anthems.

In a nostalgic twist, Grammy-nominated rockers Goo Goo Dolls will deliver their iconic hits, including the beloved “Iris,” which recently found new life on TikTok. Other highlights include performances from electronic maestro Elderbrook, Aussie indie stars Hockey Dad and The Jungle Giants, and genre-blending talents like Honey Dijon, JPEGMAFIA, and Orville Peck.
With more than 40 acts already confirmed, including local and international stars like Peach PRC, San Cisco, Pond, and Slowly Slowly, Yours and Owls 2025 is set to deliver an unforgettable weekend of music, art, and culture by the beach. The event is open to attendees 16 and up, though those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
