Sera Set To Drop Throwback Synthy Vibes With Single “Silhouette”
Synth pop-rockers Sera are back and killin’ it with their fresh single Silhouette. Set to be released later this year, the group are mixing it up with a slightly different vibe from their previous tracks, but for now, trust us, it’s going to be a rocker!
With upbeat rhythms and driving percussion, Silhouette delivers a rocking dance beat that will get your feet tapping. The guitar really kicks in towards the end and drives home the song with a bang. This tune is bound to get you feeling nostalgic about the 80’s and 90’s, with influences from John Mayer, Coldplay and Blondie to name a few.
Sera officially launched in February 2016, but have over eight years of experience together as a group. Their first single Doubt Around Me debuted in earlier this year, followed by their second hit Write A Story. The lyrics are usually written by frontwoman Eloise Mitchell, with each member’s individual style contributing to the final product. The group are hitting up Brisbane for a live show in September before heading back to the studio in October to put together an EP, so stay tuned for more exciting news from these up-and-coming rockers!
