Bluesfest Release First Artist Lineup

The first lineup for the 28th Bluesfest has just been announced, and it’s got us longing for next Easter already!

On the bill are Grammy award-winning Zac Brown Band, who will be returning to the festival after performing there two years ago. Patti Smith will also be making an appearance, alongside the Lumineers, and Buddy Guy. Ten times Grammy winner Bonnie Raitt will be joining the lineup, alongside funky fellow Jethro Tull.

Sadly, no news yet on whether or not Prophets of Rage will be making a performance, after Bluesfest head Peter Noble hinted at it earlier this year.

Also confirmed for the festival are Billy Brag, Mavis Staples, Beth Hart, and Snarky Puppy, plus many more!

With such a fantastic lineup already confirmed, we can’t wait for the follow up announcements to find out what other rad acts will be appearing!
