Deafpony Bring In Some Sunshine With Their New Single, ‘Break Me’

London indie rockers Deafpony have returned today with pure delightin their new single, Break me. It follows on from their super well received single, Some New Bruises To Share which was released earlier this year.

Break Me is a indie lovers treat, with twangy guitars, flowing melodies and vocal delivery that is best described as sunshine. It’s a super catchy single that is reminiscent of those glory days of the genre. The track’s recording process was done throughout the covid lockdown in London, with microphones being left on each band members doorsteps to avoid contact with each other. Lyrically the track is about breaking through a difficult situation, the motion of falling in love when one didn’t think it would happen at all and that person was right in front of you the whole time.
