Get Outta Town! Red Hot Chili Peppers Drop New Album Title Track “The Getaway”

Iconic rock legends Red Hot Chili Peppers have released the title track from their 11th studio album ‘The Getaway’, due for release in just a few weeks.

Often unpredictable, the Chili’s have shown a more experimental side in The Getaway, featuring everything from shimmering guitars, simplistic guitar melodies, ghostly backing vocals, and steady up-beat drum grooves. The chill vibe of the song packs both contemporary and 80s pop elements, an enjoyable far cry from their signature heavy funk influences and high energy breakdowns.

Following on from the much talked about single Dark Necessities (their first song in five years!), fans worldwide now have another fresh hit of Chili to chomp on, before being bombarded with Peppery goodness when ‘The Getaway’ is finally released.

Red Hot Chili Peppers eleventh studio album ‘The Getaway’ is due for release on Friday 17th of June.
