Modern Guilt Catapult Into The Scene With Rocking Debut Single, ‘Hoping For The Hoping’

London rock outfit Modern Guilt have catapulted themselves into the world with their super catchy debut single, Hoping For The Hoping. The band have only had a short time in the spotlight having recently played their debut live show at 02 Academy Islington just before the UK lockdown was enforced.

Hoping For Hoping is one hell of a debut single. Big catchy riffs and vocal edits added with that some garage guitar solos make up for a really likeable blues style vibe. The tune has a sound that is very similar to Black Keys, a sound that has a classic feel with a modern touch and radio friendliness. Building and building throughout, this one is an ideal singalong and of course what is a classic garage rick track without an epic guitar solo.

Recorded and produced with Mikey Buckley the track is accompanied with a video that is actually such a perfect visual fit. Once you watch it you’ll know exactly what I mean. Late night street scenes with real trippy visual effects.

It seems Modern Guilt have kicked off their career in ideal style. We’re excited to see what comes next from the London 3 piece. Hoping For The Hoping is available now, everywhere.
