Premiere: Sami Cartwright Reveals The Stunning Visual For Her Single, ‘Floodgates’
Indie folk artist Sami Cartwright will this week release her sophomore single, Floodgates. It follows on from her wonderful debut release, Deep Blue Sea. Today we have the joy of giving you the very first viewing of the accompanying video for the fresh new tune.
Entering the scene earlier this year Sami is quickly making waves receiving some love from some of Australia’s biggest tastemakers. Sami blends her love of multiple genres all into one neat package, coming out as a combination of indie-pop with touches of folk and country styles.

The video for Floodgates is a beautiful theatrical piece that sees all the vulnerability of the young artist. Kicking off with some amazing imagery of Cartwright under some pop neon lights and then follows her around some gorgeous forest views.
