Take 5 with Offset Vision
Tassie pop-punk band Offset Vision are back with a bang, releasing a new single ‘Spaced Out’ and an official music video.
The 5-piece spent the past year writing and recording music that documents the struggles of living with mental health issues, aiming to connect with audiences through meaningful lyrics and provide a sense of community and hope. Inspired by a culmination of punk, easycore, metal and progressive rock bands including The Story So Far, A Day To Remember, Counterparts and Polyphia, ‘Spaced Out’ is 2 ½ minutes of unfiltered pop-punk goodness.

‘Spaced Out’ comes with an accompanying video, the boys explain how it came to be: “We brought our friend Marty from Bermuda Digital to film the ‘Spaced Out’ video on our first trip to Melbourne as a band. We spent a couple of hours running around the city dressed up in an alien costume, but most of it is just shots of us hanging out before and during the show. It shows a little bit of each of our personalities which I think is really cool.”
