James Vincent McMorrow Announces Australian Tour 2017 


After the success of his set at Splendour In The Grass 2016, Irish singer-songwriter James Vincent McMorrow has announced he’ll be returning to Australia in March 2017 for a string of solo performances! Spanning across Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, McMorrow is looking forward to performing a string of more intimate shows for Australian fans.

McMorrow has also revealed that rising Brisbane indie-rock group Moreton will perform as supporting artist at selected shows! Tickets go on sale 17 November so get in quick and don’t miss out!

The Devil Wears Prada Announce 2017 Australian Tour 


Ohio metal core heavyweights The Devil Wears Prada have just announced they will be travelling back to Australia for a five-date tour in support of their sixth studio album ‘Transit Blues’! Beginning in April 2017, the performances will stretch over Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth.

Set to join the group on tour is San Diego post-hardcore outfit Being As An Ocean, with Australian fans will be some of the first to hear their new music from their upcoming fourth studio album.

Tickets go on sale 17 November so get amped and prepare your body for the relentless energy that is The Devil Wears Prada!

Adele Finally Announces Aussie Tour


After months of speculation and teasing, British popstar Adele is finally hitting Australia for her first ever headline tour!

Announcing her tour via a cheeky hand written note posted to her Twitter,the popstar’s massive tour is set to hit a stadium in all of our capital cities, including Adelaide in Perth! What’s more, it will be a 360 degree view concert, an experience any self-respecting Adele fan will not want to miss!

The announcement comes after months of speculation, which kicked off earlier this year when the singer hinted to her plans for a jaunt Down Under during one of her concerts in the USA, while speculation hit fever pitch when a mysterious ad was broadcast during The X-Factor.

Rare Finds Announce Amazing First Brisbane Party


Sydney-based boutique PR agency Rare Finds have a history of giving back to local live music scenes through a string of regular nights and parties in the harbour city. Now they’re bringing thier festive charm up north, announcing the first installment of their Brisbane monthly night, starting with the aptly named ‘Rare Finds #1’.

Taking place on Friday the 16th of December at Brisbane’s Black Bear Lodge, Rare Finds has selected a lineup from Brissie’s music scene. Headlining will be local rock sweethearts Rolls Bayce, who just released their single Inside Out, accompanied by Born Joy Dead and Big Bad Echo.

Once the bands stop, the night will still go on with a selection of DJ’s have been confirmed including Black Amex and several Rare Finds DJs!

The Nineties are Coming To Australia With The ‘I Love The Nineties’ Tour


Mainstream radio station Nova has has announced the massive ‘I Love The Nineties’ tour, set to hit our shores next year! While the 90s did have their low points (Madonna’s cone bra), this bill is pure 90’s gold.

Featuring the infamous Vanilla Ice as headliner and supported by Salt N Peppa and Coolio, this tour is looking irresistable! Hitting all the main capital cities, the tour is sure to leave a trail of raging nineties nostalgia in its wake.

Bliss N Eso Announce ‘Dopamine’ Tour

Aussie hip-hop heroes Bliss N Esso have been fairly quiet for the better part of this year. But 2017’s looking pretty loud for the rappers with the announcement of their headline tour in support of their new single Dopamine.

Released in September, Dopamine was only just given a music video last week. The creepy and dark visuals perfectly paired with the darker vibes of the track. Dopamine is the first song to be released from the group’s eagerly awaited sixth studio album.

Tickets for the Dopamine tour go on sale on Thursday the 22nd of November, with pre-sales going up on on the 17th. Don’t sleep on it, these shows will sell out!

Devin Townsend Project 2017 Aussie Tour

The one and only Devin Townsend will be returning to our sunny shores in May 2017, with his Devin Townsend Project coming along for the ride.

The very busy Devin Townsend, former vocalist of Strapping Young Lad and one of the busiest guys in metal, is bringing his band back in support of their latest album ‘Transcendence’. This tour follows a sold-out run of shows the group completed in 2015.

The tour will be a perfect opportunity for fans to hear new material played live, as well as fan favourites from Devin’s vast back catalogue. Tickets go on sale Friday the 18th of November, so get ready to grab yours!

Porter Robinson & Madeon Coming Down Under

American alt-electro prince Porter Robinson and friend Madeon have announced they’ll be touring Australia together in February 2017.

The duo recently worked on a surprise collaboration together, Shelter, which has blown up all over the world and led the pair to tour the US. The recently announced Australian dates are added to a busy tour schedule that already includes London, Amsterdam, and Paris.

The shimmering single Shelter has been accompanied by an animated short film as the music video, which follows 17-year-old character Rin who lives alone inside a futuristic virtual reality simulation that she controls through her tablet.

This huge tour will combine the best of each individual artist’s music, and will feature live instrumentation, visual artistry, as well as old favorites played alongside cutting edge reworks!
