Gordi Drops The Colourful New Video Clip For “So Here We Are”

Fresh from a stand-out show at BIGSOUND 2016, Sydney indie-pop songstress Gordi has dropped a colourful new video to accompany her latest single So Here We Are, lifted from her debut EP ‘Clever Disguise’.

The video flicks between graphics simulating something of an iTunes visualizer and the colour-splashing film of Gordi singing in the backseat of a moving car, and it perfectly complements the surprisingly sweet electronic track.

Despite its arty appearance, with a random image of an unknown woman’s face, flickering city lights and moving graphic sketches, the video clip manages to not only enhance the emotionally-charged song but the strength of Gordi’s vocals as well.

Gordi’s debut EP release has seen her gain serious attention, both at home and around the globe. She recently topped it all off, being handpicked by Justin Vernon to perform in Bon Iver‘s choir during the live premiere of the band’s single 8 on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
