PREMIERE: Rach Brennan & The Pines Come Full Circle On Their Album ‘Here’s to Better Times & Seeing Better Places’

There’s no hiding it—we’re massive fans of Rach Brennan & The Pines here at AAA Backstage. After dishing out a round of amazing singles and non stop touring, the five-piece are now finally ready to release their heavily anticipated new album, ‘Here’s to Better Times & Seeing Better Places’. AAA Backstage has the exclusive premiere before its release.

‘Here’s to Better Times & Seeing Better Places’ is a complete journey of an album. This is a true to heart story that unfolds in each of its longing tracks. You’re able to easily connect with both the band and Rach Brennan over its nine tracks as she expels her shameless, unassuming and emotional sentiments. Musically, the album sprawls from quirky indie-pop to roots-inspired folk tunes.

The album also features previous premieres including the more recent Hindsight and last year’s I Wanna See You.

The album is a personal battle for lead singer Rach Brennan. Drawing directly from her own experiences—specifically in the winter of 2015—she sets a heartfelt pretence for the album.

“The songs flowed easily and I soon realised that I wanted to capture how tricky I found it navigating between being a young person and being allowed to experience love and life at such intense highs, to becoming an adult where my relationships with people, myself, and the world changed drastically,” explains Brennan.

The band are also overjoyed to announce a solid run of tour dates behind their new album. Running from April to June, the group have a sprinkling of dates in Melbourne, Sydney, Wollongong and more across the three months. See the tour dates below.
