Jack Grace Steps Out Of His Comfort Zone On ‘Downstate’

Way back in October last year, Jack Grace offered us BE4UGO—a daring approach to his new EP. The acclaimed producer and singer-songwriter is back with Downstate—an outstanding and climatic recollection of his dreary post-electronica.

Patience is the biggest virtue to Jack Grace’s music. Tempered and delicately thought out, Downstate tells a story both in its lyrics and astonishing production. The bedrock of Downstate encompasses feelings of nostalgia and pulling away from home comforts. Jack sings wistfully about distancing himself from the past and moving into an unchartered chapter of his life.

Both Downstate and BE4UGO come from the artist’s new EP, ‘IF I TREMBLE‘ which drops 13 April via Of Leisure. Though he has been busy in between releases, lending a helping hand to Eliott’s recent stunner, Over and Over alongside LUCIANBLOMKAMP.
