Splendour in the Grass Announces 2018 Dates

It’s time to get those annual leave forms submitted—the 18th annual Splendour in the Grass Music & Arts Festival has announced its 3-day take over at the North Byron Parklands.

Returning for 2018 on Friday 20th, Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd of July. Splendour in the Grass typically used to fall on the last weekend of July, though in recent years has been moving up a little earlier in the month. Let’s not forget the festival gates always open Thursday 20th July! So lock in that leave and get your plans ready to score some tickets—they will sell out!

No lineup announcements as of yet but expect one in the near future. Protocol assumes the full lineup will drop in April. Some early contenders to headline this year’s festivities are Jack White, Arcade Fire and MGMT. To see who might be playing the festival, it’s best to search for American summer music festival lineups as they tend to be a somewhat accurate guide to who’ll be crossing the ditch to Australia.
